After we have examined and searched your trademark, which is strongly recommended, we file the trademark with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
Formalized
The trademark is assigned the status „formalized“ by the CIPO. A proof sheet is sent to the applicant for review of the trademark’s completeness. The trademark is assigned a trademark application number, a filing date and is entered on the Trademark Register database.
